Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and red food coloring to the mixture and continue to mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set.
