  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix in sugar, salt, melted butter, and egg. Gradually add flour until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough and spread raspberry preserves over it.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon on top, roll the dough, and slice into rolls.
  7. Place the rolls in a baking dish and let them rise again for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
