  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the chopped spinach, feta cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into each cup.
