- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup pure pumpkin puree
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla, spices, and blend until creamy.
