Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
