Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
  3. In another large bowl, whisk together the sugars, pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
  5. If using, fold in the walnuts.
  6. Transfer the batter to a greased loaf pan.
