Prosciutto Ricotta Pizza

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 100 grams prosciutto
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Spread ricotta cheese evenly on the dough.
  5. Place the prosciutto over the ricotta.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a crispy crust, use a baking stone.
  • Feel free to add fresh arugula after baking for extra flavor.
