  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In one bowl, place the flour. In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, mix the crushed pretzels with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip it in the eggs, then coat it with the pretzel mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
