  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the diced potatoes and chicken ham, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, pepper, and paprika. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Serve topped with crispy turkey bacon.
