Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 cup pesto
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 6 ounces pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Spread pesto evenly over the dough.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese, followed by burrata and pepperoni slices.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
