  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.
  3. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  7. Top with peach slices and sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set and golden brown.
  9. Let cool before serving.
