  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 2 kiwi, sliced
  • Fresh mint (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add the granulated sugar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold in the vinegar and cornstarch.
  5. Pipe or spoon the meringue mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in the shape of a wreath.
  6. Bake for 1.5 hours, then turn off the oven and let it cool completely inside.
  7. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  8. When the meringue is cool, spread the whipped cream on top.
  9. Decorate with mixed berries and kiwi slices.
  10. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
