  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups baby potatoes
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil and then dip them in the Parmesan mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken on a sheet pan.
  5. Add baby potatoes and green beans to the sheet pan, drizzling with olive oil, and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
