- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups baby potatoes
- 2 cups green beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil and then dip them in the Parmesan mixture.
- Place the coated chicken on a sheet pan.
- Add baby potatoes and green beans to the sheet pan, drizzling with olive oil, and seasoning with salt and pepper.
