  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it.
  3. Cut the croissants into pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped turkey bacon and shredded cheese over the croissants.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the croissant and bacon layers.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the egg is set and the top is golden brown.
