Overnight Crockpot Breakfast Casserole

  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups cubed bread
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onions

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cubed bread, cheese, bell peppers, onions, and chicken ham to the egg mixture.
  4. Fold in the bacon pieces.
  5. Pour the mixture into the crockpot and cover.
  6. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until set.
