Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Oreo cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased cake pan.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and vanilla extract.
  5. Add the egg mixture to the crumb mixture and stir well.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until combined.
  8. Pour the batter over the crust in the pan.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  11. In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  12. Spread the whipped cream over the cooled cake and top with crushed Oreos.
