- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
