One Pot Creamy Garlic Pasta

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  2. Add minced garlic to the bacon fat and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the pasta and add chicken broth, bringing to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until the pasta is cooked al dente.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well.
  6. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  7. Add the cooked turkey bacon back to the pot and mix.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
