One Pan Baked Lemon Garlic Salmon and Asparagus

A delicious and easy recipe for baked salmon with asparagus that can be made all in one pan.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and surround them with the asparagus.
  4. Drizzle the lemon juice and sprinkle the garlic over the salmon and asparagus.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
