No-Peek Chicken and Rice

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a greased baking dish, spread the rice evenly.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, onion, garlic powder, and paprika. Pour this mixture over the chicken and rice.
