No Bake Peanut Butter Oat Cups

Deliciously easy no bake peanut butter oat cups that are healthy and indulgent.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into a lined or greased tray.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow it to set.
  4. Once set, cut into squares or bars and enjoy!
