Delicious mashed potato puffs made with turkey bacon for a rich and indulgent treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes, turkey bacon, Parmesan cheese, green onions, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls and roll them in breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some herbs to the potato mixture.
  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
