  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the butter mixture, stirring until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle the mini marshmallows on top. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the marshmallows are puffed and golden.
  7. Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
