  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine chicken breasts, broth, water, carrots, celery, onions, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken from the pot, shred it, and return it to the soup.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and chopped parsley, and heat through.
