  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach to the pan; cook until the spinach wilts.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir until heated through.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and creamy.
  6. Add the cooked linguine to the sauce and toss to coat.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes.
