- 8 ounces lasagna noodles
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in lasagna noodles and cook until tender.
- Add diced chicken ham and crumble the turkey bacon back into the soup.
- Stir in ricotta cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot, garnished with mozzarella cheese.

- For a vegetarian option, omit turkey bacon and chicken ham.
