  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions; drain.
  2. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy, then add minced garlic and sauté for a minute.
  4. Add chicken ham, red and green bell peppers, and cook until the peppers are tender.
  5. Stir in cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce; mix well.
  6. Top with chopped green onions before serving.
