2 boneless chicken breasts
8 ounces pasta of your choice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper then add to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and no longer pink in the center, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and slice.
In the same skillet, add heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the skillet. Toss until well coated.
Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
