Honeycrisp Apple Broccoli Salad

A refreshing salad combining the sweetness of Honeycrisp apples, the crunch of broccoli, and the savory flavor of turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 medium Honeycrisp apple, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, diced Honeycrisp apple, crumbled turkey bacon, red onion, and walnuts.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • This salad is best served fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Add more or less honey based on your sweetness preference.
