Honey Glazed Carrots and Green Beans

  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.
  2. Add carrots and cook for 3 minutes, then add green beans and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
  3. Drain the vegetables and set aside.
  4. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  5. Add the honey and stir well.
  6. Return the vegetables to the pot and toss to coat them in the honey butter mixture.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper, then serve warm.
