High Protein Creamy Taco Soup

A delicious and hearty soup packed with protein, featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 cups chicken ham, diced
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the chicken ham, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth.
  4. Stir in the taco seasoning and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and shredded cheese until melted.
  7. Serve hot with chopped turkey bacon on top.

  • This soup can be customized with your favorite vegetables.
  • For a spicier version, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
