High Protein Creamy Taco Soup

High Protein Creamy Taco Soup is a delicious and hearty meal packed with flavors and nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  2. In the same pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the chicken ham and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the black beans, corn, taco seasoning, and chicken broth, and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and cheese until melted.
  6. Garnish with chopped turkey bacon before serving.
