Hibiscus Iced Tea Cooler

A refreshing hibiscus iced tea cooler perfect for summer sips.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 4 cups ice
  • mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a pot.
  2. Add the dried hibiscus flowers and sugar to the boiling water.
  3. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat and let steep for 15 minutes.
  5. Strain the mixture into a pitcher.
  6. Add lime juice and stir well.
  7. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves.

Notes

  • For a less sweet version, reduce the amount of sugar.
  • Try adding other fruits for extra flavor.
