- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
