Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and mix well.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients, then add coffee and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
