- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add the chicken ham and cook for a few minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions.
