Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Chop the potatoes, carrots, and zucchinis into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables with minced garlic, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
