4 cups frozen shredded hash browns
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crumbled turkey bacon
1/2 cup diced chicken ham
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup crushed cornflakes
2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix the hash browns, sour cream, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cream of chicken soup, green onions, and black pepper until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix the crushed cornflakes with the melted butter and sprinkle over the potato mixture.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, omit the bacon and chicken ham.
This dish can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
