  • 4 cups frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the hash browns, sour cream, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cream of chicken soup, green onions, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the crushed cornflakes with the melted butter and sprinkle over the potato mixture.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit the bacon and chicken ham.
  • This dish can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
