A classic Full English Breakfast with a twist, featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham for a lighter option.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup baked beans
  • 2 tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 slices whole grain toast

Instructions

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Remove the bacon and add the chicken ham, cooking until heated through.
  4. In the same pan, crack the eggs and fry to your liking.
  5. Warm the baked beans in a small pot.
  6. In the last few minutes, add tomatoes and mushrooms to the pan, cooking until soft.
  7. Serve everything on a plate with toast on the side.
