  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions until caramelized.
  3. Add the cubed chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in the orzo, beef broth, garlic powder, and thyme. Bring to a boil.
