- 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
- 2 cups orzo pasta
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions until caramelized.
- Add the cubed chicken and cook until no longer pink.
