  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Separate the egg whites and yolks.
  2. Beat the egg yolks with sugar, milk, vanilla, and baking powder until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture gently.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over low heat and melt some butter.
  6. Pour the batter into the skillet, using a ring mold if desired.
  7. Cover and cook for about 6-7 minutes, or until golden on the bottom.
  8. Flip and cook for another 6-7 minutes.
  9. Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar.
