  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the ground chicken, cooking until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, and chili paste, mixing well.
  5. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in green onions and sesame seeds.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, increase the amount of chili paste.
