Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin by greasing it or lining it with muffin cups.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the oats, flour, brown sugar, chocolate chips, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and egg.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
