- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham
- 2 cups black beans, drained
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same pot, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add the chopped turkey bacon and chicken ham to the pot.
- Stir in black beans, corn, taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, bell peppers, and chicken broth.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
