Easy Ground Beef Enchiladas

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until the meat is browned.
  3. Stir in the enchilada sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
  4. Spread a thin layer of the meat mixture in a baking dish.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the meat mixture and cheese, roll up, and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  6. Pour remaining sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
