- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until the meat is browned.
- Stir in the enchilada sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
- Spread a thin layer of the meat mixture in a baking dish.
