Easy Ground Beef Enchiladas

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned.
  3. Stir in 1/2 cup of the enchilada sauce and remove from heat.
  4. Spread some of the enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Fill tortillas with the beef mixture, sprinkle cheese, roll up and place in the dish.
  6. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
