- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 8 tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the onions until they are translucent.
- Add the shredded chicken, cumin, garlic powder, and half of the enchilada sauce. Mix well.
