- 1 pizza dough
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- In a bowl, mix chicken ham, turkey bacon, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Place the filling on one half of the rolled-out dough.
- Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges to seal.
- Brush the beaten egg over the calzone.
- Cut a few slits on top to allow steam to escape.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
