  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sliced beef, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the broccoli and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in beef broth and oyster sauce, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. Drizzle sesame oil and serve hot over rice.
