Double Chocolate Cake Mix Zucchini Bread

A delicious and easy-to-make zucchini bread that combines the richness of double chocolate cake mix with the moisture of fresh zucchini.

  • 1 box double chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup grated zucchini
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the double chocolate cake mix and grated zucchini.
  3. Add the vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. If desired, fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For an extra indulgent touch, drizzle melted chocolate on top once cooled.
  • This bread can be enjoyed warm or at room temperature.
