- 1 box double chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the double chocolate cake mix and grated zucchini.
- Add the vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- If desired, fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
